What's changed? Everything.
Manage your membership
The biggest change? A completely redesigned online account experience. Your myEquity account is now the central hub for managing your membership. Here, you can continue to do the things you’ve always done — updating contact information, downloading statements, and paying your dues — as well as take advantage of a range of new features, including:
- Select additional disciplines: No more choosing just one — your profile can now reflect all the work you do
- Review your work history
- Check your current health and insurance coverage status, as well as your progress toward off-contract eligibility for next year
- Set up automatic dues payments
- Access Member Advantage Program discounts
- Submit online forms, including the Liaison Report and Request for Council Action
- Stay informed with Council reports and governance materials
For the first time, Equity permittees can also create an account to:
- View permit filing fees
- Track permits
- Complete an Equity membership application form
- Download statements
How do I create a myEquity account?
As part of our online system update, you’ll need to create a new account and password. Your username to login is now the email address you have on file, not your member number. This change makes your account more secure.
- Click the Login button in the upper corner of your screen
- Follow the ‘Create a new account’ prompts. Use the email address we have on file
- Check your email for the account confirmation email
- Enter your new password to log in
- Explore your new account and update your information
