To ensure their protection, Equity members working under the Festival Policy must be insured under Equity’s Health & Insurance benefits program.
Calculations for insurance premium payments must be submitted to Equity with the Festival Policy Application Form.

Total number of rehearsal and performance weeks (Monday to Sunday inclusive) x Total number of Equity members participating x $12.00 = Total amount of insurance premiums
Please note: Insured weeks on a Festival Policy activity do not count towards an Equity member’s eligibility for off-contract insurance coverage.
