Equity members living and/or working in Vancouver and surrounding regions are invited to a regional membership meeting.
Come meet Equity's Executive Director, Arden R. Ryshpan, Senior Business Rep Jennifer Riedle and your elected representatives for an update on current Equity activity, with a special emphasis on orientation for small-scale and independent producers. If you are a member who is considering producing, this is your chance to learn all you need to know about the DOT, INDIE 2.2, Artist Collective and Festival engagement policies.
Arden is on hand to answer any questions you may have about our agreements and policies, or anything else Equity staff are up to these days.
If you are not a member of Equity, but wish to engage our members for your projects, come on down and learn how we do things. You have questions? We would like to answer them!
Part of the evening will be devoted to open questions, a sneak peak at proposed changes to the CTA, and an update on other Council initiatives. Come meet your fellow members for a friendly and casual community gathering. Refreshments provided!

Apprentices and emerging artists: A limited number of seats will be held on a first-come, first-serve basis, for apprentices, non-member guests and students currently attending a post-secondary institution or other emerging theatre artists who wish to attend and learn more about Equity.
