Equity is pleased to announce the launch of So You’re an Intimacy Director Who’s Been Offered a Contract, a handy checklist of important elements to consider when working as an intimacy director. The tip sheet, created by Equity’s Directors, Choreographers, Fight Directors, and Intimacy Directors Committee (DCFID), joins the Fight Director Tip Sheet, Choreographer Tip Sheet, and Director Tip Sheet in a resource series that will provide guidance for members working in each of the Committee’s disciplines.

"Intimacy direction is still a growing discipline. We created this tip sheet as an offer of support for community members at all stages of their career (and handy reminders for ourselves!)," said intimacy directors Sam Jeffery and Siobhan Richardson. "In the spirit of sharing within the community, we hope that this helps you in the task of supporting your navigation of these aspects of the work, freeing up more capacity making art and supporting others!"
