    ITA Material Terms Now Available
    ITA Terms AvailableEquity is pleased to announce that the material terms for the 2024-2027 Independent Theatre Agreement (ITA) is now available online.

    The new ITA, which took effect June 24, 2024, includes significant improvements in the areas of work-life balance for Stage Managers, inclusive language, and considerable increases to fees, particularly for directors and choreographers.

    Printed copies of the ITA will be available shortly.
