On behalf of the Equity staff, we want to wish all of our members and partners in the live performance industry a happy and safe holiday season (filled with great shows!), and we look forward to what 2025 has to bring.

Please be advised, Equity’s offices will be closed from Friday, December 20, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. local time (Toronto and Vancouver), re-opening Thursday, January 2, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. local time.

Emergency Contact and Support
Emergency support will remain available over the holidays. After-hours emergencies, defined as health and safety situations in the workplace, may be reported by calling the National Office at 1-800-387-1856 (416-867-9165 in Toronto) and following the 'In case of an emergency' prompts. Your call will be responded to as soon as possible.

Productions and Contracts
Engagers are strongly encouraged to register productions scheduled to commence between now and January 13, 2025 with the applicable paperwork and notify the Business Representative as soon as possible, no later than December 12, 2024.

Engagers should also remit all outstanding amounts owing so that members are credited for their 2024 RRSP contributions in the correct year.

e-Drive postings must be submitted no later than December 16, 2024 to be sent ahead of the holiday break. e-Drive will resume on January 6, 2025.
