I know the value and importance of our industry and I understand the responsibility required to be the voice for our community. My desire to contribute to my community has lead me to run for the Alberta South Region Councillor. I am currently the Artistic Associate of Vertigo Theatre, served on several theatre boards and also hold my BA majoring in management, where I ran my own small business before selling it to pursue the arts full time where I have worked all across Canada.
If elected, I pledge to continue having conversations with our community members to then take those conversations and move them into action. I also pledge to dedicate the time needed to provide insight, communication and resources to the Alberta South Region members. We need someone who is inside our community who isn’t afraid to have those tough conversations and provide a connector between our members and the Association.
