Hello everyone, my name is Eric Abel and I have been a proud Equity member for over a decade.
I am happy to be running for a spot on council with hopes to make positive strides for all members throughout our association during a time of infinite change in the world around us.
In the past I have been able to advocate for members more intimately as a show liaison, Stratford Artists’ Committee member and on the negotiating team for the Stratford Addendum. My passion for the arts and its artists is highlighted through my focus on enhancing our industry’s work-life balance, minimums, EDI work and improving the creative process. I look forward to learning more about how being a member of council can make positive impacts for all of our members across our respected fields.
